patients prescribed by the physiatrist./ physicians.
3.) Designs exercise program to suit patient needs, administers range of motion,
exercise, stretching, strengthening exercise & transfer activities.
4.) Perform manual muscle testing procedure, postural drainage & proprioceptive
neuromuscular facilitation technique.
5.) Knowledge in handling various modalities like ultrasound, transcutaneous
electrical stimulator, skeletal traction, intermittent pneumatic compression
pump, hydrocollator unit, infrared devices, endomeds.
6.) Supervision of physical therapy interns in treating & patient handling & other Administrative duties like charting, referrals, & documentation.
