SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE:

. Lead in the installation, fixing Microwave and BTS antenna in getting

the desired azimuth and the location or height of antenna varies from

a minimum of 60 feet high. Lifting a minimum of 30lbs.

. Responsible in maintaining the quality and working condition of each

sites from air condition unit, the equipment room itself (Water leak),

the UTP cable and Feeder cable and their connectors, the integrity of

the antenna pole up to cleanliness of cell site.

. Lead on the commissioning and Integration of macro BTS equipment such

as Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei. The technology that we commissioned

varies from 2G, 3G and LTE.

. Responsible in commissioning and Integration of Microwave antenna

equipment such as NEC, Alcatel-Lucent, Onecom, Redwing and Huawei.

. Conducting Radio Frequency Interference before installation of MW

antenna.

. Conduct drive test before and after installation of Tower Mounted

Amplifier (TMA) to measure and compare the results and effect.

. Responsible in the Implementation, commissioning and integration of

Wireless Protocol Local Loop (WPLL) internet access, Local Multipoint

Distribution System (LMDS) wireless internet access and In-Building

Solution or the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) that require good

physical capabilities to be able to carry the project.

. Tools and test equipment I have handled are Anritsu Test Master,

spectrum analyzer, E-1 tester for Microwave radio and TEMS

. Lead on the implementation and monitoring of ECI equipment such as the

XDM series up to project closure based on agreed schedule with

customer.
