Directly responsible for the planning and implementation of all facets of
the supply chain to include raw material acquisition, production planning,
developing and maintaining effective supplier relationships, ERP system
management and improvement, establishing and maintaining customer delivery
metrics, facilitating the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process and
utilizing measurement systems to evaluate demand forecasting and
performance against the production plan. Responsible for all supply chain

cycle counting) and all facets of transportation. Supply planning
processes included production/supplier capacity requirements, ERP leveling
and stability, vendor inventory and stocking levels, vendor performance,

facilities. Logistics areas included truckload, LTL, rail, intermodal,
air, and ocean freight.
( Completed a Six Sigma project in freight utilization from Mexico that
saved $1.5 million in 2001-2002. The project included
sharing "best practices" with all Therma Tru facilities located in
Indiana, Oklahoma, and Mexico.
