Play key role in developing and executing contracts in Latin America, and ensure customers’ aftermarket needs are met in line with contract requirements.

Balance duties as a Support Program Manager / Quality Inspector for Sikorsky while delivering contracted customer support for sales of the S-70i platform to customers worldwide, and as Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager facilitating contract proposals, contract fulfillment, field services, quality assurance, product support, and logistics management for Latin American customers. Build and strengthen relationships between company and customers, and provide authoritative guidance on maintenance and operational issues. Work across multiple internal departments and customer organizations to coordinate support plans, projects, workgroups, and training. Control Account Manager (CAM); lead negotiation, development, definition, and management of project scope, schedules, and budgets. Identify Earned Value Measurement (EVM) techniques and cost reduction opportunities, review performance and progress, and provide sound recommendations for executing change control with minimal impact on project baselines. Represent Sikorsky and Program Management team at key meetings and industry events worldwide.
