Orbital welder- installation of high purity gas lines in the semi-conductor manufacturing process.
Responsible for the completion of systems and their qualition of purity to coplete installation of
multi-million tooling for the manufacturing of computer chips. Sizes from 1/4" to 6" in welding processes.
Work areas include clean room protocol as well as acid waste vaults.

Detailer on tool install in the semi-conductor manufacturing construction project. Work with
C C's, tool owners, and system owners on P&ID's and other drawings for routing issues or change orders.
Work with BIM and BKM's in the installation of utillities and spec gasses for
the requirements of each tool. Produce spool drawings for construction and installation for the
support of each tool.

October 2011 to September 2012
Orbital Welder- Foreman. Installation of high and low purity system in the semi-conductor
manufacturing construction project. Area of scope included connecting site utilities buildings to
fab buildings to storage areas by way of elevated structures and vaults. Storage areas included
tanks, pumps, sumps, sampling cabinets, and recirculation of systems. Orbital 4" to 6" for
systems ranging from NoAH to HPN2. Other systems included sizes from 10" to 30".

Pipefitter.Installation of pipe spools, hangers, and supports in a petro-chemical refinery. Restore
valves, oriface plates, filters, and traps for systems start up. Installed instrumentation for

Orbital Welder. Installation of various gas and high purity systems in the semi-conductor manufacturing. Stainless
Steel pipe, tubing, valves, and fittings in systems of UPCW, HPAr, HPO2, UN2, HPN2, HPSi, HeLC, PCAr,
EVAC, SiH2CL2, HBr, and OFA. Sizes ranging from 1/4” to 4”.
March 2010 to June 2010 Northrup Grumman Shipbuilding Gulf Coast
Pipefitter 1st class. Installed CuNi, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel pipping on US Navy ships. Cut, grind, weld,
and install all hangers and supports necessary as per blueprints. Use rigging in tight &
conjested areas.
October 2009 to March 2010 Trinity Yachts
Foreman in charge of hydrolics systems for large custom pleasure yachts. Install stainless steel tubing for systems
that are custom for each yacht. Install pumps, valves, filters, bowtrusters, steering, cranes, laizerrettes, and
hydrolicly operated hatches and gangways. In charge of installation and testing to specific needs of venders and
customers so systems operate as designed. Instructed subordinates in the proper procedures in tube bending and
correct use of Swagelok fittings.
July 2008 to May 2009 Desert Plumbing & Heating
Installation of hydronic systems for a major hotel complex (52 stories). Weld, braze, and solder joints in piping
system. Design piping systems according to P&ID's, Superintendent, and vendor's equipment. Apply RFI's to
design changes and create as-builds. Install and test pumps, heat exchangers, fan coil units, chillers, and water
source heat pumps. Install all necessary hangers, supports, and seismic bracing for completed systems.
April 2008 to July 2008 Hansen Mechanical
Installation of heat exchangers, air separators, chemical injectors, circulation pumps, fan coil units, and water
purifiers. Weld, cut, grind, screw, and victaulic piping in the hydronic systems. Fabricate supports and hangers as
needed. Work with electricians and sheetmetal trades to coordinate work in confined areas.Use of heavy rigging in
tight areas.
May 2007 to April 2008 Fluor Maintenance Corp.
Worked at various Georgia Power facilities. Installed classifiers, scrubbers, pulverizers, pumps, and burners.
Welded sections of ash pit sheeting using inconel, welded diffusers and burners inside boiler, and re-tube sections
of water tube coal fired boilers. Welding procedures include SMAW and GTAW. Installed new sections of coal
and steam piping from the turbine deck to the boiler.
October 2005 to March 2007 J.H.Kelly
Foreman of an instrumentation crew at a co-generation power facility. Installed tubing, instruments, censers,
controls, and safeties for the operation of the facility. Installed sampling controls and interfacing with the control
room. Coordinate work load among crews a coordinate schedules and forecasts with the General Foreman.
Worked in conjunction with vendors on the installation, rigging, and operation of the main steam stop valves, and
blow down valves. Installed gas train and controls for Mitsubishi gas turbine.
July 2005 to October 2005 BMWC
Orbital welder. Installation of cryogenic systems for the manufacturing of service nitrogen. Installed BOC gas
pad for HP facility. Installation of crackers, dryers, heat exchangers, pumps, filters, and automated valves. Orbital
welding, facing, cutting of stainless steel piping and equipment in the cryogenic system. Installed hangers and
supports to include isolation and insulation of systems. Worked with customer and vendors to facilitate changes in
systems to streamline production and system requirements.
November 2004 to July 2005 Kellogg, Brown, & Root
Installed plumbing systems in support of our armed forces in Iraq. Design and build systems tailored to each units
housing needs. Lead man for a crew of eight workers, and escort for local nationals (LN's) and third country
nationals (TCN's) around fire base for use as manual labor. Received a service accommodation from acting field
commander, General Fontaine.
January 2004 to September 2004 J.H.Kelly
Detailer at an Intel micro chip manufacturing facility. Coordinate with General Foreman, vendors, and customer
on various gas, acid drains, deionized water, purified water, and chilled water systems. Completed drawings for
customer, superintendent, and fab shop. Design pipe spools and schematics. Coordinate with vendors on
orientation and final hook-up of tools and equipment in the clean room, secondary support tools, and procedures
for clean room protocol.
December 2003 to January 2004 Harder Mechanical
Foreman for the construction of auxiliary support skids for GE power generating facilities. Installation of LPG
gas trains, primary and secondary lube oil support for GE turbines. Installed piping, hangers, supports, filters,
pumps, heat exchangers, and fire suppression systems. Installed controls and gauges for the operation, and
interfacing of support skids as well as supervise welding of lube oil reservoir tanks. Use of heavy rigging
precedures and proper policies.
February 2001 to December 2003 Mc Donnall Miller
Installation of fire tube boilers, burners, and controls. Installation of specialty HVAC systems ( Liebert units) for
computer control and switching stations. Installed package boilers and piping systems in commercial and
pharmaceutical laboratory facilities. Installation of systems to include welding and brazing under high purity
procedures. Installed all necessary hangers, supports, and seismic bracing. Coordinate and train customer the
proper operation of systems and controls
August 2000 to February 2001 Contra Costa Electric
Worked on a composite crew with electricians in the installation of the instrumentation. Calibrate & install
controls as per P&ID's and customer preference. Installation of steam turbines and the steam pressure systems,
high, medium, and low. Installed interfacing controls from stack to control room as well as sampling rooms.
November 1999 to August 2000 Cascade General
Installation of CuNi piping for mission critical systems for the U.S.Navy. Install piping for ice melt and variable
thrusters propulsion. Repaired, rebuild, and installed valves in critical systems that are proprietary sensitive.
October 1997 to November 1999 Hood River Plumbing
Installation of the plumbing systems at a VA hospital. Installation of potable water, sanitary sewer, medical gas,
and the hydronic systems. Installation of auxiliary power interrupts, package water tube boilers, VAV units, fan
coil units, cooling towers, chemical pot feeders, pumps, check valves, and control valving.
April 1995 to October 1997 Harder Mechanical
Installation of chilled water systems, tool install, and tool hook-up. Orbital welding of stainless steel high purity
lines, and installation of hangers and supports in the clean room. Demo systems and equipment from sub-fab to
the interstitial. Installation of H-Vac piping from clean room to pumps in sub-fab.
September 1994 to April 1995 Hoffman Mechanical
Demo systems inside clean rooms and re tile clean room raised floor. Installed new acid waste drains for re-
tooling of clean room. Installed all hangers and supports for new fab. Weld, cut, and grind of carbon steel &
stainless steel piping as per spool drawings.
March 1990 to September 1994 Firkus Plumbing & Heating
Installation of commercial plumbing systems in grocery stores, college dorms, hotels, high schools, hospitals, and
office buildings. Galvanized steel, ABS plastic, cast iron, copper, and lead piping as per blueprints.
July 1988 to February 1990 Saddleback plumbing
Installation of plumbing systems in high end custom homes. Cast iron, copper, stainless steel, and gold plated
fixtures installed.
August 1986 to July 1988 Unocal (chemical division)
Machine Shop Foreman for Anhydrous Ammonium manufacturing facility. Field maintenance of the piping
systems, cooling towers, compressors, pumps, chemical injectors filters, screens, syn gas compressors, and valve
rebuilding & construction. Attend site planning, safety, and production meetings. Comprise manpower studies and
material requisitions for maintenance schedules and turn-arounds. Coordinate work schedules with other crafts.
Coordinate evacuation procedures and manpower locations with ERT at all safety drills. Revise safety protocol
with changing conditions, materials, and compounds throughout the facility.
October 1984 to June 1986 Endevco
Journeyman Tool Maker; machining of micro precision parts for various defense contractors. Operate mills,
lathes, hones, surface grinders, wire EDM's, optical comparators, inspection microscopes, and a 5 axis inspection
table. Prototype parts for top secret projects, tranducers, and thermal imaging prototypes.
January 1981 to August 1984 Calcor Space Facility
Journeyman Machinist ; Machined prototype aviation parts for defense contractors. Machining and construction
of scale drones for military and research facilities. Lead machinist on horizontal jig mill, vertical jig mill, and tool
room inspections. Manufacturing of secondary tooling for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, and Mc
Donnell Douglas.

Journeyman Machinist ; Machined prototype parts for various research facilities, aircraft suppliers, defense
contractors, and medical suppliers. Operated vertical and horizontal mills, vertical and horizontal lathes, drill
presses, ECM's, punch presses, and NC mills.

progressive miniature molds for electronics. Manufactured piece work and automated fixtures for a variety of
