problems that may affect progress.

o Reviews contract documents and assists the Superintendent in preparing

construction schedules; prepares project flowchart for distribution to

the Project Manager, Subcontractors and Suppliers; adheres to company's

purchasing procedures while ordering or receiving any needed material

and equipment within delegated authority.

o Posts emergency numbers, implements safety procedures, enforces company

safety policy, identifies security issues to address; Continually review

contract documents for coordination issues prior to delivery of every

product to site for installation.

o Continually reviews contract documents for coordination issues prior to

delivery of every product to site for installation; identifies items

submitted as Request for Information to the Architect/Engineer or Owner

prior to problem development at the project; and coordinates

mobilization and continued support during respective phase of the

project.

Ensures compliance with NYS regulations (i.e., air-monitoring and air-

sampling, abatement capsulation techniques, and proper disposal of

materials); as well as trains personal for Asbestos Removal.
