As a member of the Corporate Project Office, Infrastructure PMO, I am
leading five facilities IS Infrastructure projects in three states; and up

greenfield construction of a 1.5m sqft warehouse; including a new

As a member of the IT Database Group, I led a small program consisting of
9 projects tasked with mitigating the affects of corruption on 9 key Oracle
& Sybase databases. These databases exist in and are coordinated across
three geographically separate data enters.
Team members participated from multiple US and off-shore sites. I planned,
monitored, controlled and provided status on this program with multiple
concurrent IT projects.
The program and projects consisted of:
. I led nine project teams implementing 3rd party products; Oracle
DataGuard, Flashback, XIV Snapshots; and creating new recovery
procedures. Several of the projects required the migration of
databases from EMC to XIV storage.
I used FMR and PMBOK techniques (Iterative methodologies) and a variety of
tools for planning, communicating and reporting. These included MS Office
suite 2007, MS Project 2007 and HP's PPMC.

. The definition and creation of a Portfolio of Infrastructure

. I represented IT interests in architectural design/planning
