Project: This unit is a part of 'SAKTHI SUGARS GROUP' which handles

200000 liters of milk processed /day for pouch market and 15 TPD of skim

Milk powder through spray Dryer.

Nature of Experience:

* Preparation of Instrument Index, cable schedule and Interconnections.

* Erection of Field instruments like pressure Gauges,Pressure switch, DP

switch, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Gauge, Level Indicator, Level

switch, Level Transmitter, thermocouple.

* Erection of Control panels (PLC, DCS), Local Instrument Rack, Local

Junction box.

* Erection of Instrument Impulse Line work and Instrument air line system.

* Erection of Main/Branch Cable tray work and also as per cable schedule

laying Main/branch cables.

* DCS and PLC Panel wiring termination work as per cable Interconnection

and schedule.

* Conducting Loop checking and Function test for different systems in the
