Interviews incoming patients or representative and enters information

required for admission into computer by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following: Interview

patients or representative to obtain and record name, address, age,

religion, persons to notify in case of emergency, attending physician, and

individual or insurance company responsible for payment of bill. Provide

tours of the facility, explain care facility regulations such as visiting

hours, payment of accounts and schedule charges and process all admission

paperwork. Assigns patient to room or ward. Serves as resource person for

family members, applicants, community and other responsible parties.
