Provided project management support for the renovation of a 100-year-old, 350 acre, 3.5 million square feet industrial manufacturing
site in Erie, PA. Oversaw programming, detailed design, and services during the construction project including renovating offices,
relocating shop areas, adding bathrooms, adding conference rooms, adding sprinkler systems, and creating spaces for locomotive
simulation laboratories. Oversaw all aspects of project planning such as scope, cost estimates, bidding, and vendor acquisition for
