sell Real Estate in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex utilizing consultative sales
techniques. Worked with the following companies: Owner Finance Homes, Hope Homes
and Karen’s Cleaning Solutions. Responsible for marketing and identifying potential
clients, advertising, residential comps, contracts, open houses, general contracting and
residential restoration.

Answered all incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system. Processed and
expedited packing lists and invoices. Corresponded with customers to ensure delivery
