Petro Tech Sun International Co. – Sarvestan and Saadat Abad Oil Field Project (EPCC) / Middle East
Developing and clarifying project scope in cooperating with engineering team and WBS defining. Provide project
schedule as a part of project management plan by applying lesson learns of same projects. Collaborate with field
supervision to organize and schedule project activities, including preparation of subcontractors work schedules.
Liaise with project teams, functional teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, etc. Controlling and monitoring
project performance with project baseline in time and cost risk vision by latest revision of PMBOK. Sending
analysis result for decision making of project management and add in lesson learns in case of discretion.

work schedules. I was responsible for Issuing 2 week detailed plan with income that would be achieved after
executing the plan and delay analyzing (Problems and solution and areas of concern) with missed income in

I was employed in this project as a senior project scheduler and my responsibility was project scope management,
define Project deliverable, Project scheduling, Monitoring and controlling (Problems and solutions) in time
(Critical Path Method) and Cost (Earned Value Management) aspect. I was responsible for issuing weekly plan
with income that would have been achieved if the plan was done to fulfill my CEO’s request. I was assigned to
lead a team that was responsible to deliver the Material Requirement for weekly plan. I used to hold meeting
with subcontractors in accompany with technical office for delivering the weekly detailed work front to prevent
any possible claim in subcontractors side. Invoicing, Daily- weekly- monthly report and participating in progress
meeting with client, subcontractor’s invoice controlling in contractual aspect, project invoicing, change orders and
extra work were part of my responsibility.

I was assigned in this project as a piping scheduling. During that time I was responsible for monthly, weekly detail
plan in the level that should be understandable for executive group. (Joint wise with spool location).
Delay analysis and finding problems and solutions for make-up plan, Resource plan, Daily- Weekly- and monthly
report, Invoicing and areas of concern report in piping discipline were a part of my responsibility.
