Latin America offices. Projects included design/build of new office space

Houston and Mexico City. Managed core/shell base building & tenant work in
Menlo Park, CA.

5/10 - 8/10 Project Manager for Ferrandino & Sons, 7-11 Retail Client
Account. Bid new work / submit proposals on-line to client website, and
complete ground up construction of new 7-11 retail store in Levittown, Long
Island (850K) Bought out remaining trades and assumed dual role of on-site
superintendent and project manager. Obtained sign-offs / permits,
coordinated interior fit-out with client vendors (fixtures) and trades;
completed punch list and store turnover.
2/05 - 8/05 American Defense Systems, Director of Construction Division
Managed architectural security and blast mitigation construction projects.
Hands-on project management, including client relations, marketing,
estimating, proposal preparation, budgets, scheduling, staffing and
procurement. Critical client security projects included the New York Stock
Exchange, the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Brooklyn, and the Consulate
General of the Netherlands in New York.

alterations for The Four Seasons Hotel, The Carlyle Hotel, and ADP offices

Assessed and evaluated institutional, commercial and residential
development projects for financial lending clients, and provide monthly
construction monitoring services. Projects included the Lycee Francais de
New York, 25 Science Park at Yale University, New York University Cancer
Center, Queens Center Mall Expansion, and 9 Metrotech Center South.
3/89 - 1/90 Chase Manhattan Bank, Second Vice President
Facilities Project Management and fast-track renovations to 20 Pine Street
(2 Chase Manhattan Plaza), a 38 story 300,000 SF office building to
consolidate various Chase leaseholds in Lower Manhattan. Responsible for
$15 Million in retro-fit tenant work and relocation of Chase user groups to
this site. Construction was staged as floors became available to
accommodate the phased migration of existing tenant, Morgan Guarantee to 60
Wall Street.
6/87 - 3/89 National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Project Manager. Managed
multiple interior design, construction and relocation projects. Directed
staff and consultants in preparation of construction documents, obtained
project funding, client approvals, monitored construction and coordinated
move-in. Projects included a $1.3 Million employee fitness center,
expansion of NBC commissary, renovation of Sports Division executive
offices and network studio facilities.

7/91- 9/96 NYC Dept. Environmental Protection, Assistant Commissioner,
Facilities Management & Construction Responsible for assets management of
+1,000,000 SF of office space and maintenance of facilities. Managed $50
Million capital budget for new construction and asbestos abatement.
Provided in-house agency support services: telecommunications, security,
mail, fleet administration. Furnished and occupied 200,000 SF of new
offices at IDCNY Center One for NYC Department of Design & Construction.
1/90 - 6/91 Mayor's Office of Construction, Construction Manager. Project
Director for "turn-key" design and interior renovation by the Lefrak
Organization of 500,000 SF agency headquarters in Queens, with cafeteria,
parking structure and 44,000 SF of water quality testing laboratories.
Consolidated 2,700 municipal employees from 12 sites; as tenant advocate,
conducted user group programming, negotiated upgrades to tenant work
letter, inspected tenant construction, procured and installed systems
furniture and case goods.
1/82 - 6/87 Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Assistant Deputy

Provided facilities planning, leasing and asset management services.
Marketed properties and negotiated leases for commercial uses. Obtained
