Responsible for implementing short and long term solutions with an emphasis on efficiency, budget, flexibility and

Ultimately responsible for the IT service delivery management of databases, servers, network, storage, email,
phone system and other technology platforms shared across the enterprise.
Oversees IT/s security department, establishes and maintains an information security program to adequately
protect information assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Development and
Implementation of IT roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.

Technical Leadership:
Transformation of archaic basic IT infrastructure into rationalized one.
Directed implementation of Private Cloud – (Consolidation and Virtualization of Datacenter with all the important
ingredients of cloud -automation, resource pooling, and dynamic provisioning using VMWare/NetApp).
*Windows Azure was reviewed as an alternative to private cloud hosted in ATT datacenter, due to ITAR/EAR
compliance issues was found not secured enough as viable solution.
Directed implementation of Business continuity, Disaster recovery, Network redundancy (AT&T –Primary of
mLAN/EVPN/AVPN/ with AVTS VPN as backup) KRONOS time keeping interfacing with SAP, BYOD, Active
Directory, Hard Disk Encryption (Sophos), End point protection (Symantec), Automated Software Deployment
(Microsoft SCCM), Automated System Monitoring (PRTG), Service Desk (ServiceNow).
Directed risk management and mitigation planning, which includes identifying, organizing and performing risk
and opportunity management addressing critical security, technical, cost, schedule and performance parameters
and develop of mitigation plans in order to minimize or eliminate potential adverse program impact.
Directed and implemented Disaster Recovery and Business continuity solution. TIA-942:Data Center Standards
Overview was used a basis for datacenter design and selection.
