SPECIFIC PROJECT EXPERIENCE

I have handled projects in various industries and under different

circumstances. Each of them had certain challenges and each challenge has

added something new to my knowledge and experience. I have listed some of

them in brief as it was not possible to enlist all of them.

Project 1: Commissioning of aluminium foil in Pali (RJ)

Project Details Client: P.G. Foils Ltd.

This Project has Separator Line in that 300 input output are there & 4

sections of Process like top rewind, bottom rewind, unwind & center. Also

implemented SCADA and Panel View system for remote controlling the whole

process. Whole communication is through Ethernet.

Role:

SCADA designing, I/O testing in that project, Programming developing & VFD

commissioning.

Project 2: Multi Drive System For Paper Production in Shamli (UP)

Project Details Client: MARUTI Papers Ltd.

There are 8 sections of Process like wire, pre dryer, post dryer, M.G.

Roll, couch roll, pop reel etc. In charge of all detailed electrical design

interfaces as it pertained directly to the control system. Planned,

designed and tested advanced networks. Whole communication is through

Ethernet.

Role:

VFD Commissioning (AC Drives), SCADA designing & wiring of Panel to control

desk & control post's through a wiring schedule.

Project 3: Multi Drive System For Paper Production in Mujjafarnagar (UP)

Project Details Client: RANA Papers Ltd.

There are 8 sections of Process like wire, pre dryer, post dryer, M.G.

Roll, couch roll, pop reel etc. In charge of all detailed electrical design

interfaces as it pertained directly to the control system. Planned,

designed and tested advanced networks. Whole communication is through

Control net & Ethernet.

Role:

VFD Commissioning (AC Drives), SCADA designing & wiring of Panel to control

desk & control post's through a wiring schedule.

Project 4: Sectional drives For Tyre Production

Project Details Client: MICHELLIN at Rockwell Sahibabad (U.P)

Drives, Safety PLC, Device net & Control net Network, Loose Cable's &

materials for plant, HMI, Junction boxes etc. all handled by Rockwell. All

Job responsibilities included designing of control circuitry and selecting

suitable instruments while keeping in limit the overall cost of the panel.

Role:

AC VFD'S installation & testing, Panel testing and to provide on-site

assistance to service engineers In Semi

Commissioning.

Project 5: Commissioning of Books & Magazines Printing in Sahibabad

Project Details Client: NEW PRINT India Sahibabad (U.P)

The Project have 2 phase in 1st phase Pyramid controller is replaced by

Control Logix (L 61) & in 2nd Phase 22 in No's 1305 AC Drive is all

replaced by Power flex 4 P in the 8 unit Section. The whole network through

DH-RIO+.

Role:

The Rslogix 5 program is rewriting in Rslogix 5000 (v19). Wiring of DH-RIO+

through

the Controller to file REM. I/O, SCADA designing & Drive

commissioning Power flex 4P.

Project 6: Commissioning of Plant Floor Monitoring System in Gautambuddh

Nagar (UP)

Project Details Client : GRAZIANO Transmission India Pvt. Ltd.

In this project the main major is to monitor the all sections of whole

plant through a Micrologix. In this project we used around 350 Digital

I/Os.

Role:

All wiring through wiring schedule example MAIN PLC panel is done in my

observation. HMI

Project 7 : Commissioning of VFD in Gautambuddh Nagar (UP)

Project Details Client: GRAZIANO Transmission India Pvt. Ltd.

The project contains around 15 drives commissioning with all settings,

programming and wiring for different sections.

Role:

All programming of VFD.

Project 8: Sectional drives For Tyre Production

Project Details Client: APOLLO Tyres Ltd. (Delhi)

VFD (A.C. & Servo), PLC, Ethernet net Network, HMI, Junction all handled.

Panel testing, Programming of Compact Logix, installation and service of

all VFD's.

Role:

VFD installation & testing, Panel testing.

Project 9: Sectional drives For Tyre Production in Chennai

Project Details Client: MICHELLIN India Tamilnadu Tyres Pvt. Ltd.

All cables and panels rection. Panel dry testing and after that with all

instruments/sensors. VFD programming according to the role of different

sections. SCADA development for Panel Views.

Role:

VFD installation & testing, Panel testing, SCADA development and all

cables erection.

Project 10: Multi Drive System For Paper Production in Raipur (CG)

Project Details Client: AJANTA Papers & Board Mill.

There are 7 sections of Process like wire, 1st press, 2nd press, pre dryer,

post dryer, M.G. Roll,, pop reel. In charge of all detailed electrical

design interfaces as it pertained directly to the control system. Planned,

designed and tested.

Role:

VFD Commissioning (AC Drives), SCADA designing & wiring of Panel to control

desk & control post's through a wiring schedule.
