Accounting the Purchase Vouchers and preparing payments for the vendors
t hrough cheques or bank t ransfers.
Keep a record of the payroll accounts and consider a worker's total working
hours, deductions and increments to compute the total amount of salary
payable to the workers of the organization.
Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Scrutiny of Debtors and Creditors a/c’s on Monthly basis.
Responsible for cash verification of all outlets.
Maintain petty cash book and authorize payments done by cash by making
entries under appropriate account head of the book.
Submit monthly reports regarding the expenses and cashbook balances.
L iaison with Bank, Tax authorities, statutory auditors.
VAT & Service tax payments on respective month.
ESIC & EPF payments on respective month.
SOF TWARE KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to work with accounting software like Tally ERP-9 and IDS Software.
Acquainted with Ms Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
