Reduced data entry errors in Accounts Payable to improve accuracy to 95% or

greater, additionally increasing effectiveness and efficiency of payroll data

entry, banking transactions, and journal entries for month-end and year-end

closings for parent nonprofit and its four fully-managed charter schools.

Established and achieved rigorous turnaround goals for finance department

within first five months of hire, leveraging contracted controller and payroll

specialist services, as well as laying first viable groundwork for later

hiring of new CFO within first year of hire.

Analyzed and revamped filing and information systems, increasing filing and
