Office Manager: I have been in this position acting as the Office/Sales

Manager & Marketing Representative for the company that has been in

business for over 20+ years selling & installing business telephone

equipment. I have developed training manuals and documentation on how to

operate telephone systems. In addition to, I currently handle all the

dispatching, scheduling, billing and payroll for the company. I organize

projects and schedule them with appropriate vendors to make moves

successful. I plan and organize as well as assign and review work of staff

members. Manage general office duties such as filing, faxing, Word

Processing, answer phones, troubleshooting and customer service, ordering

equipment and keeping inventory. I have been involved with writing

Statements of Work when bidding on potential projects for customers. Have

handled travel arrangements for technicians when they needed to take care

departmental moves throughout the company. Installing PC's, telephones and

programming the equipment for each user. Running cable to each work station

and connecting them back to the mainframe IBM System 36 computers. Wrote

procedures and trained the users on how to operate the equipment. Handled

all disaster recovery procedures for the company.

Proficient in many desktop applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Accounting

packages, PowerPoint, Windows 7&8, dispatching and scheduling applications.
