Husky Energy 2005 - 2013

ASSET MANAGER - SASKATCHEWAN WEST (2010 - 2013)

Responsible for production, reserves, operating costs and developing new

business opportunities for Heavy Oil, Medium Oil and Gas in Saskatchewan

West

. Managed a capital budget of over $200 MM including the asset

retirement obligation portfolio for all of Heavy Oil;

. Coordinated the identification and implementation of new opportunities

within core development and exploration step out areas including

implemented first heavy oil waterflood;

. Coordinated strategies for maximum asset development and reserve

recovery, production optimization and capital program execution

(including a 5 year plan);

. Coordinated the business and technical analysis of land and property

acquisitions, farm-ins, and other joint venture operations;

. Worked closely with the Geology and Geophysics Manager in the

formulation and execution of exploitation strategies.

. Managed relations with the production team to optimize production

while keeping operating costs within budget;

. Collaborated with Operations, Drilling and Completions, Facility

Engineering, Construction, Health Safety and Environment, Marketing,

industry partners, government officials, and the public to achieve the

Production Services including budgeting for over $32 M as well as

capital reporting for $1 billion in projects;

. Ensure all systems within E&PS are properly maintained and leveraged

to minimize total cost of ownership;

lowering costs by 20% from rig release to on production;

. Proactively manage safety and loss prevention for the E&PS to ensure a
