Description: At Tech Mahindra we provide services to Municipal Corporation
of Delhi (MCD) like sanctioning of building plans, awarding of birth and
death certificates online.

2. Project Name - FaME-WMGG-Development (March 2011 - July 2012)
Description: It provides the complete solution to British Telecom for their
various operations like registering a variety of customer complaints and
handling these complaints by their thousands of field engineers on their
laptops online. Major components of this project are ED, WMDC, MHW, and
WMWS.
Role/Responsibilities:

British Telecom (BT) for operation like how to apply various routines on
already existing equipments of BT Customers.

4. Project Name - FaME-WMGG-ASG (November 2009 - July 2010)
Description: It provides the complete solution to British Telecom for their
various operations like registering a variety of customer complaints and
handling these complaints by their thousands of field engineers on their
laptops online. Major components of this project are ED, WMDC, MHW, and
WMWS. Taskforce Extended Delivery (ED) is a Client Server based application
that is used by BT fleet (Field Engineers in BT) to carry out their daily
jobs. WMDC is a TRC (Time related charges) data collector application based
on web logic. TRC is been raised by BT field engineers and how much BT
charges on their customers solely depends on these TRCs. Manage Hazards and
Warnings (MHW) is a single interface to gather hazards and warnings
information. Using this, the information will be presented to the
engineering workforce in a bundled package of safety information along with
the task details via Taskforce. WMWS (Work Manager Web Server) is a middle
ware application that allows thousands of Field Engineers in UK to connect
to their main command centre where they can post daily logs of activities,
perform routing (Line test requests) and post files to servers via FTP.
Role/Responsibilities:
Worked on ED, WMDC, MHW and WMWS module.
. Providing technical Support to Onshore as well as offshore Taskforce
extended deliveries (ED) users and the support team (ASG).
. Core Upgrades, Support creating and implementing new patches for the
development/test stages for each release stages.
. Handling all issues regarding requests for services and problem
related to Taskforce extended deliveries.
. Ensure timely project delivery and to ensure that various SLAs are
met.

5. Project Name - Tikona Boss Managed Services (March 2009 - November 2009)
Description: It provides the E2E (end-to-end) solution to Broadband based
services for Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) through Business Support System
& Operational support system (BOSS). BOSS contains commercial off-the-shelf
(COTS) products like Order & Service Management (OSM), Unified Inventory
Management (UIM), and Automatic Service Activation Protocol (ASAP),
Application Integration Architecture (AIA), Billing & Revenue Management
(BRM) etc. OSM will allow TDN to manage work orders received from CRM
system. In BOSS Solution, OSM will be used for Work flow (order) management
of service provisioning. Activation of services subscribed by the customer
- Create and Update LDAP profiles and push them onto LDAP Server is been
managed though ASAP. Oracle UIM is used to store and manage all types of
physical and logical service inventory data for Access points and CPE.
Role/Responsibilities:
Worked on OSS (OSM, UIM, ASAP) and AIA module.
