Leadership
. Created bi-weekly schedule for over 100 employees ensuring continuous
24 hour coverage including week-ends and holidays.
. Supervised the implementation of a substance abuse prevention program
for the clients, which received positive feedback from clients as well
as contemporaries.
. Responsible for creating a training program for over 100 employees
emphasizing the proper approach to working with at-risk children.
