custom and speculative building markets, with projects varying from exterior site work, design/build, renovations, new

construction, masonry, asphalt paving, landscape selection and planting. Project sizes ranged from 1,000 to 11,000

plus square feet, with a cost value of $5,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. Daily activities included: management of the

company’s office and field operations, overseeing all subcontractors, drafting project overviews and change-orders,

filing of project applications, presentation of proposed projects to state and municipal development agencies,

including, but not limited to: architectural review boards, planning and zoning, conservation, health, building, tax

assessors. Responsible for the selection and acquisition of raw land for project development, specification of

materials, and negotiating with lending institutions, real estate brokerage firms, product manufacturers and vendors.
