company’s office and field operations, overseeing all subcontractors, drafting project overviews and change-orders,
filing of project applications, presentation of proposed projects to state and municipal development agencies,
including, but not limited to: architectural review boards, planning and zoning, conservation, health, building, tax
assessors. Responsible for the selection and acquisition of raw land for project development, specification of
