management and promotional products. Current annual sales nearing $1

Senior Director of Operations, Eastern Region

2007 to Present

. Direct all in-house and external operations for NY, NJ, CT and PA

offices, including distribution, facilities management and logistics

procedures

. Manage team of 70 employees on-site in NJ, accountable for all aspects of

order processing, customer service, invoicing, production and warehouse

functions

. Accountable for P&L of revenues of over $10MM across web sales,
