generally accepted construction standards and applicable Building Codes.

Litigation management and subrogation recovery of complex claims of worker’s compensation

carriers, and self- insured employers, obtaining reimbursement of medical benefits and indemnity

benefits paid from at-fault parties throughout America. Caseload included construction site

accidents, (with two N.Y. Labor Code wrongful death construction cases), commercial shipping

accidents, (including a fatal tractor-trailer accident), and a seven figure Ford “Blazer” roll-over

products liability claim which left a worker permanently paralyzed and in need of future lifetime

construction claims being six figure losses.
