. Successfully transitioned the agency force from a paper to a
computerized "smart" underwriting system, decreasing underwriting and
customer delivery time by 70%.
. Co-created the Quality Business Program and rehabilitated 37 of the
72 or 51% of the unprofitable agencies in the first year.
. Led the "Model Agency Program," which produced an agency life cycle
best practices model for agents with regard to staffing, marketing,
and growth expectations. The 91 participating agents resulted in a
10% increase in sales over the prior year.
