2012 - present
Designer and builder, the idea started as a sports bar serving fresh gourmet style comfort food. Upon meeting
my head chef and business partner it quickly morphed into a steakhouse, serving up 28 day dry aged prime
cuts of beef as our specialty. My key responsibilities include keeping purchasing and labor costs down while
still exceeding customer expectations. Arena received numerous awards and citations for relief efforts in the
aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. In April, 2013 received a 4 star review from the Staten Island Advance’s food
critic – the first 4 star review for a restaurant in Staten Island in a short t ime since opening.
OWNER, TRINITY CONSTRUCTION GROUP – STATEN ISLAND, NY

A commercial/residential masonry sub-contractor, working side by side with General Contractors and Builders.
Conducted work throughout the Tri-State area. One of only six companies to be EIFS insured in NY. My
responsibilities included soliciting work, estimating and proposals, client sales meetings, value engineering,
scheduling and coordination, direct on site supervision, OSHA compliancy, payment requisitions and cl oseout
packages. Some of my notable projects include, The Venetian-Brooklyn NY, Pratt Institute-Brooklyn NY, Motor

A commercial/residential supplier of exterior cladding material s throughout the tri-state area headquartered
in Staten Island, NY with satellite locations in Long Island and New Jersey. My responsibilities included
working hand in hand with designers, contractors and owners regarding availability, logistics, design, budget
and installation of materials.
PROJECT MANAGER, IBO – NYC
2004-2006
Responsibilities included design and blueprint review, preparation of c onstruction documents, bidding,
negotiations, sub-contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, code compliance, OSHA
compliancy, project development and quality control. Coordinated weekly meetings with project trades and
client. Notable projects include Armani Exchange Corporate Headquarters in NYC, a 40,000sf office union
build out which included a complex raised access computer floor throughout the entire premise.
PROJECT MANAGER, REAL DATA MANAGEMENT – NYC
2001-2004
Real Data Management produced plan books for existing and potential owners and landlords of commercial
real estate properties. My responsibilities included soliciting potential clients via phone and sales meetings
using a PowerPoint presentation, leading a team of draftsmen in creating a complete electronic version of a
buildings floor plates, apply REBNY and BOCA calculations to give clients a rentable square footage analysis,
proprietary software implementation at client’s offices and update tenants lease expiration dates.
DRAFTSMAN, JAROS BAUM AND BOLLES – NYC
2000-2001
Jaros Baum and Bolles is an MEP engineering firm. My primary responsibility, while working side by side with
engineers, was to create plumbing and fire suppression drawings in AutoCAD for so me of the most prestigious
projects and architects around NYC. During my time at JB&B, under the supervision of engineers, I designed
smaller plumbing and fire suppression systems.
