Reporting to one of seven Regional Vice Presidents, deliver operational excellence by building exceptional management teams,

ensuring compliance with company merchandising standards, and providing memorable customer service to every guest.

Responsibility for $50 - $75 million in sales throughout district.

Lead 12 retail locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota, overseeing 10-17 direct reports

and approximately 250 employees, plus previous responsibility for locations in South Dakota, Iowa

Over course of tenure, led steady expansion of district from four locations in the greater
