Employee Performance and Training–Supported U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and commercial clients

Data Collection–Conducted on-site interviews with Sea, Air, and Land personnel (SEALs) and Special Warfare
Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) to gather information about their language training experiences.
Survey Development–Created a survey to evaluate a pilot program designed to train SEALs and SWCC to learn a
second language.
Research and Consulting–Wrote and delivered technical reports directly to members of the Special Operations
Forces (SOF) command to improve the design, delivery, and effectiveness of SOF language training.
Project Management–Estimated project deliverable timelines, assessed risk, and supported junior consultants.
Metric Development–Led an ongoing project to improve the reliability and validity of survey items.
Quantitative Data Analysis–Used SYSTAT, SPSS, Mplus, and ‘R’ software to perform statistical analyses such as
correlation, t-tests, linear and logistic regression, relative weights analysis, ANOVA, SEM, CFA, EFA, and HLM.
Qualitative Data Analysis–Moderated focus group interviews for several needs assessments and analyzed data
through SPSS text analytics software and Remark Office OMR.
Automation–Planned, initiated, and completed a project that used Excel formulas to automate the entry of
descriptive statistics into reports that were delivered to client, which saved 12 to 16 billable hours of work per week.
