This application allows user to track and manage customer problems. And as

The objective of this project is to provide enhancements and support for
IAM (Integrated Application Menu). IAM is a large, enterprise web
application that provides a framework to create customized workflows &
applications that handle loan modification functionality including Loss
Mitigation Workflow, NPV, Short Sale Decision Tool (SSDT), Score, Mail
Workflow, etc.
It also provides integration with external systems such as CPI/MSP,
Genesys, Rightfax, Data Marts and IVR to perform various functions of loan
modification.
Developed NPV 512 tool to include automation for client 512 for new or
prior NPV evaluations and provide historical data for reporting.
Responsibilities:

GeneSys is an enterprise application in the animal science domain used for
maintaining the genetic and non-genetic data for animal sample testing. It
provides scalable Order Management for the customers (who often have
competing feature requests) located in 3 different countries.
The project involves design of GeneSys database, data migration and
development of SQL stored procedures, ETL packages and SSRS Reports for all
the existing interfaces/reports. This is an end-to-end application
development project involving requirement gathering, designing, development
and unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and warranty
support for the software applications.
