Full Life Cycle Recruiter

I am a full life cycle recruiter placing candidates in a host of different industries, specializing in Information

Technology and Financial Services. I am consistently ranked top producer with the highest external submittals,

interviews and hires. Currently working as a remote Recruiter in a high volume and fast paced environment,

supporting numerous clients with their most difficult positions on a “contractor basis”. Roles supported include

Solutions Architects, Developers, DBAs, Business/Systems Analysts, Project Managers, PMO and support personnel.

Technologies are as varied as the clients, ranging from Big Data and Web Development to Mainframe technologies.

Major clients supported include AT&T, Citi, GFT, Prudential and Verizon.

In addition, I am the sole Recruiter supporting US hiring for a Global IT Solutions Provider, whose clients include the

world’s largest Tier one Financial Institutions. In this capacity, I have a 100% fulfillment rate, sourcing some of the

most sought after personal in Banking and Finance; including Dodd Frank, Basel III, FATCA, KYC and AML subject

matter experts, Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Resourcing Director/Managing Director

Had responsibility for managing the resourcing organization across three divisions of an IT Staffing and Solutions

Provider. Oversaw and directed the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including developing strategies to ensure

job openings were filled in a timely and cost-effective manner; maximizing existing resources, utilizing bench; as well

as selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.

Responsible for training employees, setting recruiting goals and implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting

strategies align with the organization’s policies and goals. Responsible for all recruiting endeavors; including managing

the company’s applicant tracking system, interviewing, prepping candidates for client placement, scheduling

interviews and start dates. In addition, I supported recruitment activities as a “hands on” recruiter.

Oversaw internal and external client on-boarding processes, vendor management compliance audits, performance

reviews, service level agreements, contract negotiations, exit interv iews and termination processes. Worked closely

with all areas of human resources and account management to ensure the quality of services provided to new and

current employees and clients.

Corporate and Consulting Management

A cost-effective manager with full understanding of resource utilization and allocation . As the Project Manager for a

global workforce re-balancing program, I was responsible for 19 concurrent staff migrations encompassing the

transfer of 375 roles. I coordinated all of the staffing activities in support of consolidating global command centers

in a "follow-the-sun" model to Buenos Aires, Bangalore, & Bangkok. Responsibilities included overseeing the

offshoring and onboarding of roles from resource identification through knowledge transfer, as well as tracking legal,

financial, human resource and management updates.

As a Technical Director and Account Manager, I have a record of significant accomplishment in the hiring,

management and marketing of consultants and information technology solutions. I directly managed in excess of 12

account teams with over 150 consultants. Responsible for hiring, employee management and development in concert

with client satisfaction. Accountable for incremental and exponential growth with complete financial accountability.

Followed through on all aspects of project management from contract negotiations, budgets, employee

management/development, and project timelines, with full profit & loss responsibilities.

Project Manager – Systems Design, Integration & Installation
