Key Project Details:
Contact Management of customer
Application will take a traffic(online and batch) of about 200 transaction per second in a
•
multi threaded environment using Java 1.5, J2EE, SOAP and REST web services in order
to expose data to consuming channels like Online Banking.
Application will be talking to various data sources and collecting information using XML over
•
MQ (JMS).
Designed application data model on DB2.
•
Technology/Environment
Multithreaded and multi tired environment on Java 1.5, SOAP and REST Web services on JAX RS and
JAX WS, JAXB XML parser, IBM Websphere 7 server, Database IBM DB2.
Products Services and Arrangements
Developed services to store document preferences for all the documents accessible to the
•
customer through online Banking.
The project involved loading existing customer preferences data into new application from
•
different systems in bank.
Building inbound and outbound synch ups between different applications which maintain
•
document preferences for the customer.
Building of new data model to store default and customer set preferences.

Key Project Details:
CSRP (Combined Statements and Relationship Pricing) migration
This was a new application created to store customer account statement and pricing data
•
and rules. The system stores data and business rules which creates account statements for
the customer. This application also stores combined statement and Relationship pricing
service details which are available for Bank of America customers.
Technology/Environment
Java 1.5, J2EE, Web services on JAX WS, JAXB, IBM Websphere 6, Database IBM DB2 8, Websphere
MQ, EJB 2.0, Core and Advanced Java concepts.
Know The Customer Statement and Pricing retirement
This project was to migrate legacy customer system into multiple federated applications.
•
The data from legacy system was loaded into new applications and also functionalities were
created with batch and online flows in new federated system. Real Time Synch Up
processes were created between systems using websphere MQs and MDBs for 200M
customers’ data.
The new systems were rolled out phase wises by creating switches in the code (from old
•
modules to new) so that the application retirement is invisible to the users.
