Served in front office as receptionist, handling incoming calls,

visitors, helping Executive Vice President and Sales Reps with spread

sheets and reports. This included work with both word and excel. The

job involved making arrangements for use of the company plane and

arranging hotel and car rental around the country. I handled all

incoming and outgoing mail including items shipped by UPS and Fed-Ex.

Other duties included responsibility for maintaining printer, mail

machine, copy machine, and fax. In addition, when needed I helped the

President with reports and spread sheets.

Shorewest REALTORS, the majority of my time in real estate was

processing of malpractice claims and all coordination of physician

needs with administrative staff. The clinic is now Advanced Health

Care.
