Responsible for performing a variety of routine customer service and sales duties.

● Provides prompt resolution of customer inquiries by providing appropriate billing, service, programming or

maintenance information

● Sells new services to new customers and attempts to upgrade and/or retain existing customers.

● Works at other cable store locations as necessary/requested, pursuant to provisions of the collective

bargaining agreement.
