On-site Principal Investigator utilized to direct program procedures, processes and compliance for the Mothers and Youth Access (MAYA) Project. A Research Project established to evaluate intervention programs for preventing early childhood caries (ECC).

Supervised and conducted interviews with potential subjects, maintaining strict compliance with Internal Review Board (IRB) and protocol requirements. Coordinated meeting with medical professionals to gather expert insight through brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions. Monitored and delegated funds while maintaining a detailed budget of the Grant Monies used for Outreach Projects, and Retention Programs. Collaborated with Allied Health professionals to collect and review documentation, contracts, budgets and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all established procedures, regulations and timelines, while maintaining focus on fulfilling project objectives.

Sustained 80% retention of trail subjects - allowing for significantly high validity of data and outcome accuracy.
