Description: 20th Century Fox – Television Distribution department is the exclusive

d istributor for all Fox produced and acquired programming. Responsibili ty of this

department includes U.S. network sales, domestic and international broadcast, Pay TV,

F ree TV and SVOD of long form content and overseeing their ownership interests all over

t he world. In order to that, it has two systems TVDAPR (admin system) and FOXFAST

(customer facing portal). At the high level,

• TVDAPR is Digital Asset Management System which manages the

customers, marketing and digital content/assets and their r ights.

• FoxFast is a customer facing portal which delivers the marketing and digital

assets to customers based on their r ights/access control list (ACL)

P roject: FoxFast Digital Delivery Dashboard December 2012 – Till Date

Fox-TVD has an initiative to deliver the broadcast quality (BQ) assets to the customer using

an automatic PUSH mechanism instead of manual PULL (download) by customer from the

FoxFast Web Portal. FoxFast provided a Client/Server mechanism where the broadcast files

w ill be delivered (PUSH) automatically to client machine depending on his r ights (ACL).

FoxFast also provided a Digital Delivery Dashboard screen to show and manage the priority

of the customer Queue (of BQ Assets) based on r ights. This Dashboard also provides the

h istory of the assets were delivered for reporting purposes.

Project: FoxFast Mobile Apps for iPAD and Windows 8 March 2012 –

December 2012

Fox-TVD has an initiative to provide some of the services from FoxFast customer facing

portal through mobile platforms. So that customers and executives use their mobile devices

to view digital and marketing content and screen VAM and long form screeners

online/offline through screening room and manage digital asset download cart.

Project: FoxFast Screening Room and EditBay March 2011 - March

2012

Fox-TVD has an initiative to provide two modules in FoxFast where customers can screen

a ll the video screeners (VAM/Full Length) assets based on their r ights and also extract the

P romo Clips or Localize/Censor the content from a broadcast file.

Screening Room: FoxFast provided this functionality where displays recent ti tles where the

new content was added in reverse chronological order of the content added, which enables

t he user to screen the latest content. I t also provides various other features to search a

v ideo and create playlists.

E ditBay: This tool provides ability to customers where they can watch the video online and

mark the t ime intervals where localization/censorship/Promo Clips required. Depending on

t hat Fox deliver the Broadcast material through FoxFast Portal.

M icrosoft IT Academy enables all the members/schools to download the digital certifications

for their Academies. Also allow the academy administrators to personalize the

certifications. This project provides academy administrators an ability to login, personalize

and preview the certificates for a given academic year. Also it provides the ability to

download the digital certificates (both IT academy or personalized) and purchase them.

T his project has administration tool where arvato administrators can login and manage the

f ront-end portal content and generate the reports.

P roject: MCP Certs and Wallet cards Digital Downloads and Purchase Nov 2008 –

Dec 2009

This is a web portal where all the M icrosoft Certified Professionals login using their

W indows Live ID to view the list of their certifications earned, preview and download

d igital certifications. This also provides an option to purchase the physical certificates. In

order to allow customers to purchase physical certificates online, it integrated with Cyber

Source for credit card and PayPal integration. Also i t internally has interfaces to submit the

orders to BizTalk and SAP. This enables the arvato printing department to view the orders

and print the physical certificates and mailing labels to fulfill the customer order.

This project has administration tool where arvato administrators can login and manage the

f ront-end portal content and generate the reports. . I t provides the ability to

administrators to resubmit the failed orders or impersonate a MCP user to generate the

certificates on behalf of him.
