date metrics on department productivity and participating in Kaizen Events to
help improve department functions.
Lead my department in software conversion project. Was key contact and trainer
for conversion of the company's software from TCM to Oracle. This included
preparing and validating all data for conversion from one system to the other,
training my entire department and writing new Standard Operating Procedures.
