Customer Service and Order Entry for Component Test lab. Responsible for

contract review, order entry and quoting for Military and Space accounts. In

charge of maintaining good relationships with key accounts and making the

customer's experience favorable.

Responsibilities also include taking inbound calls for customer inquiries and

problem resolution, informing customers of their order status, keeping up to

date metrics on department productivity and participating in Kaizen Events to

help improve department functions.

Lead my department in software conversion project. Was key contact and trainer

for conversion of the company's software from TCM to Oracle. This included

preparing and validating all data for conversion from one system to the other,

training my entire department and writing new Standard Operating Procedures.
