OVERVIEW
Talent Acquisition – Hands-on experience and management of corporate staffing departments locally, globally or via remote settings
within matrixed divisions across complex corporate environments for exempt, non-exempt and high volume needs using a full life cycle process
or a dissected subcategory approach. Develop strategic sourcing plans with relevant entities, e.g., recruiting groups, college recruiting, hiring
managers, executives, HR, etc.
Talent Development – (Aka, candidate development, sourcing, mining, talent research, etc) Creatively identifying strategic methodologies
and processes in accordance with company strategies focused on proactively building talent pools and supplementing recruiting functions.
Leverage today’s web 2.0/3.0 resources and remaining a subject matter expert (SME) on resource tools, technologies and processes, e.g.,
competitive intelligence, job fairs, outsourcing, list generation, and search methodologies.
Corporate Recruiting – Fortune 500 style - heavy requisition loads with short time-to-fill ratios for most corporate verticals. In-depth
experience in full life cycle recruiting within high volume, professional, executive placement and college recruitment environments maintaining
