Writing mails in Chinese and English language (as per the business requirement) and translating them from

Chinese to English and vice a versa. Interpreting Chinese contents to senior management. Monthly online meeting

with Chinese engineers.

Check all case created by team members for customer issues and approve them if case created correctly.

Preparing reports for internal purposes (i.e. Quality reports, Error Reports, Productivity Reports, Process Update

Documents and Training Documents.).

Responsibilities:

Conversion of all technical documents from Chinese language to English and vice versa. Interpreting for senior

management Chinese contents into English and vice versa.

Conversion of all types of conversation like mails, chat on Skype….etc. either sent from INDIA to CHINA or

CHINA to INDIA from one language to another

Day to day quality feedback of INDIA plant to CHINA and feed forwarding the Quality persons in INDIA as per

Chinese associates feedback.

Preparing & Maintaining Reports for quality, production & finished good and share these reports with Chinese

Director. Training of Chinese language to INDIA plant associates.

Admin work: Taking care of hotel booking for Chinese staff, food arrangement for Chinese staff, flight ticket for

Chinese staff, taking care of Chinese staf’s hostel, Car arrangement for Chinese staff,
