OBJECTIVE

Broadband HSI and Cable services. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Assist in driving field technician productivity, time management and real-time job

routing through managment software. Monitor performance and task completion

of jobs routed for the day adjusting as needed. Ensure efficient and effective

routing of each day's scheduled work to the appropriate field technician to ensure

we arrive during the timeframe committed to the customer. Continuously

monitoring to adjust work assignments to ensure optimum tech productivity

through efficient routing with consideration of drive time while preserving on time

compliance. Handle any and all escalated situations in a timely manner, coaching

employees where needed, and handling customer complaints to ensure overall

satisfaction. Ensure that all routed technicians acheive on average budgeted

points of completed work per hour and per day. Follow up with field personal on

all scheduled trainings, time off and other instances that reflect poor planning or

failure to plan that results in deviation in expected workforce availabilty. Liason

with field employees and support teams to mentor thier growth and improve end

to end customer experience. Provide positive influence and leadership withing

the Dispatch organization.
