PG Diploma project: “FPGA implementation of Transmission Control Protocol”
Platform: Hardware description languages Duration: 1 Month
Description: TCP is a connection-oriented, end-to-end reliable protocol designed to fit into a
layered hierarchy of protocols which support multi-network applications. The TCP fits into
layered protocol architecture just above a basic Internet Protocol which provides a way for the
TCP to send and receive variable-length segments of information enclosed in internet datagram
envelopes. We implemented this in Virtex 4 fpga for high speed realization.
M.Tech Project: “Development of FPGA Based Controller Fast Switching Frequency
Synthesizer”
Platform: VHDL Duration: 1year
Description: The switching rate specification of frequency Synthesizers used for Military
Communication Applications is of the order of microseconds, so to achieve these FPGA based
controller is developed under this project to control a DDFS.
B.Tech Projects:
Mini Project: “Shadow Alarm”.
Duration: 1month
Platform: Embedded System Design
Description: Under this project Shadow Alarm is developed. It is opto-sensitive circuit that sounds an
alarm whenever a shadow falls on it. So it can be used at night by shopkeepers to protect the valuables in
their showrooms.
Main Project: “Robot Control Using Hand Signals”.
Platform: Embedded C Duration: 4 months
Description: The main aim of this project is to control the devices by using MEMS technology.
This sensor recognizes the tilts or the hand movements and does the related work accordingly.
This device is very helpful for paralysis and physically challenged persons.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Participated in paper presentation held at Vasavi College of Engineering for the topic
“GI-FI technology”.
• Participated in Refresher course on “Nano Electronics” event held in college.
