Created an open door policy that allowed better communication between my workers

together. This brought about an increase in productivity throughout the plant and

helped create a “We’re all on the same team” environment that reduced stress and

misunderstandings.

Helped identify a potentially dangerous procedure in the casting department and

made suggestions that brought about the invention of a specialized tool by our

machinist that kept our caster from receiving potential burn to his hands and arms
