• Organize documents and renaming of naming conventions in each tract folder;
• Review each document to make sure it’s in its correct tract folder; print missing documents from CRecs if not
in tract folder; If not in CRecs, scan document from tract folder and upload into CRecs;
• Review File Cover Sheet and check off what documents are in each tract folder;
• Process daily updates with projects that need to be pushed from Well Connect to CRecs; If so, assign agents,
coordinator, etc to each project that is pushed into CRecs and email document specialist assigned to that area
letting them know which project has been pushed;
