• Worked on doing design changes to control systems equipment for Boeing 7 series, Gulfstream, and Embraer
companies.
• Used CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V6 for designing control systems equipment and storeage of models after they have
been completed or are in work.
• Designed a nosewheel gear steering assembly for the Boeing 737-MAX aircraft and slat actuator assemblies for

• Worked on a Sideguide Intercostal Optimization for the 787-8 and -9 Section 43 sideguide intercostals.
• Worked on PEEK fastener change of screws to push pin screws for 787-8 Section 43 ECS ducts.
• Carried a change through the change board process when trying to implement cost savings initiatives on the 787-
8 airplane that is currently in sustaining mode.
• Coordinated with 787-8 and -9 Section 43 team for issues that come up from carrying design changes through the
design change process.
Selective Laser Sintering Laboratory
• Worked in the Selective Laser Sintering Lab on making plastic parts used on the AH-64 Apache, A-160
Hummingbird, and other programs that needed SLS support.
• Used Unigraphics NX6 and Teamcenter in the creation of stl files that contained CAD models which were loaded
into the Sinterstation 2500 machine which created SLS parts
• Coordinated with customers from the AH-64 Apache, Chinook, A-160 Hummingbird, tool design teams for issues
that come up during the SLS fabrication and part definition process.

• Dispositioned routine nonconforming parts in Electronic Product Assessment Record (EPAR) system and
Longbow Apache Product Assessment Record (LAPARR) system to figure out corrective action for parts.
• Participated in Material Review Board and Integrated Product Teams by coordinating in cross function teams
across disciplines on the AH-64 Apache Helicopter Program.
• Disposition parts on the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter, F/A-18 Hornet, F-15 Eagle, and other IWA Programs that
needed support.
• Performed root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework,
reduce cost and improve quality to meet all requirements.
• Used TeamCenter in the investigation of nonconformance and came up with my own repairs to different defects or
errors.
