developed desktop computer applications and computer soft phone, answer
questions regarding the 2010 U.S. census via inbound calls. Use scripted
and non-scripted responses to appropriately and professionally answer
caller questions and accurately capture data. Navigate computer software
with knowledge and skill. Escalate calls when necessary. Work in team
environment to promote success within the unit and the call center
environment. Participate in meetings to upgrade customer service skills and

Toddler Classroom Assistant, Early Childhood Education Center, University
of Utah, (December 2008 - March 2009) Assisted in toddler classroom,
