experience as a residential and commercial real estate appraiser. Over 8

years professional banking experience with primary responsibilities of

residential and commercial property valuation, completing and selling

residential and commercial properties in OREO, problem loan work-outs,

construction and floor-plan inspections and monthly reports to the Board of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

September 2012 to Present:

McRay Roofing and Construction - Vice President and Project Manager in

charge of all construction projects. Hired all contractors and oversaw all

work performed by the company. Negotiated terms and prices with suppliers

to maximize profits. Ordered all materials for jobs and made certain they

were on site when needed. Worked with city inspectors to meet city codes.

Trained contractors to perform work to meet company standards and

expectations. Also sold roofing and construction jobs for the company

negotiating with insurance companies and insurance adjusters. Resolved all

warranty claim issues.

May 2010 to September 2012:

Southern Home Improvement - Project Manager in charge of coordinating all

projects both residential and commercial. Hiring all contractors and

inspecting projects to make sure they were meeting all contract specs and

customer expectations, insuring that all projects were both on time and on

budget. Worked with city inspectors to meet city codes. Ordered materials

for all construction projects. Negotiated with suppliers to get the best

pricing possible to maximize profits for the company. Resolved warranty

claim issues..

April 2002 to May 2010:

Self Employed as a Builder and Contractor - Built new homes, remodeled

homes, and performed commercial buildouts, under the name Redbud Custom

Homes LLC. Responsible for all phases of planning and construction of both

residential and commercial buildings. Working with contractors and

designers, reviewing plans for specific customer needs and wants, preparing

and negotiating contracts, coordinating projects, working with city

inspectors, insuring all projects are completed on budget and on time.

August 1994 to April 2002:

Self Employed as Real Estate Appraiser - Worked with attorneys,

individuals, bank and mortgage loan officers in the valuation of both

Commercial and Residential Properties.

July 1986 to August 1994:

Quail Creek Bank - Assistant Vice President in charge of the Loan Portfolio

and Credit Department, Problem Real Estate Loan Work-Outs which included

Real Estate valuation, work-outs of loans with bank customers, completion

of residential and commercial buildings in various phases of completion,

sale of real estate. Responsible for all floor plan and construction

inspections. Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly reports to

the Board of Directors and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
