Mar -2013 to Sept -2013 Corporate Office Property Trust : Ran service calls to 3 buildings,1800

employees, and PM equipment, painted and wall repair,door locks replaced or repaired ac/ heat,lighting

–ballast some system furniture electric repairs, plumbing /install disposals and plumbing parts installed

modules thermostat wire. Units on roof were 480 volts,6-8 compressors. Maintained fire panel . All

mechanical work was done in house .

2006-2012 Buzzuto Mngmnt / Stuever Brothers Eccles & Rouse .

Daily duties includes monitoring building systems and operations, taking mechanical systems readings,

responding to service request to office and retail tenants.

Performed preventive maintenance on equipment. Building HVAC systems were supported by central

plant equipment, roof top equipment, air handlers, VAV systems, pumps and cooling towers,chillers.

Also performed work on building critical systems including emergency generators and fire suppression

equipment. Also BAS system to buildings was monitored thru Novar on computer . All 13 buildings

total 3.5 million sq ft . Snow removal accasionally . Also replaced or repaired anything needed to 300

condos on premises at various locations.

2001 - 2006 Brandywine Construction Management

Duties includes serviced plumbing/electric/ ac/ heat repairs as needed,repaired ice machines . I did

general cosmetics to buildings,painted,drywall and maintained BAS system thru computer . I

took a one week course with Johnson Control Monitoring Co. This building was 34 stories high

about 375,000 sq. ft .

1996 - 2001 Holiday Inn Glen Burnie /Inner Harbor

Duties includes as Chief Engineer At Glen Burnie renovated all 100 rooms in one year time with 4 techs

at my disposal. Maintained all electric plumbing HVAC work single handedly .At Inner Harbor worked

on 2nd shift maintaining all service calls, PM all commercial areas . The units in rooms were water cooled

single units. Installed stoves, fridges, micro waves, garbage disposals,ac heat units, ice machines and

repaired kitchen equipment .

Lead shift engineer or tech /Heavy Construction Equipment Operator .

Lead maintenance technician 2- 3-4 or chief engineer

Operated BAS system to all buildings thru Novar and Johnson Controls /and Niagra.

Replaced fans / heating elements/units replaced/ electric work as needed / HVAC/ soldering and torch

repairs,plumbing repairs. I have installed at least 80 units to residential and commercial. Walk in and

reach in boxes,ice machines coolers beer taps large fridge and freezer boxes kitchen range hoods . work

done to economisers,make up air units,oil furnace,water heaters,wall units and ice cream boxes.

Heat exchangers monitored and minor repairs done . Replaced gaskets several times to heat

exchangers . Installed new compressors on 100 ton units . Installed new water pumps and replaced

exhaust fan motors up to 30 -50 horse power motors . Maintained fire system to all 11 buildings . Churn

test done weekly had dry sprinkler system lines replaced and pumps. booster pumps replaced as needed.

License and certification

Universal Refrigerant Transitional and Recovery license 1-2-3 and Universal 27 years experience in

this field .

American Red Cross adult CPR/ AED/ certification/ first aid. Also had pool operator license .

Educational Background

Graduated from Northeast Senior High School four years of votec, auto mechanics, drafting and sheet

metal work also coop three years .

Last fifteen years have been installing furnaces ac units and boilers in residential and commercial areas,

work on cooking equipment in restaurants and clubs,a few roof jobs also . Automotive and truck repair

done .
