• Manage territories exceeding $100 million a year in sales. Compile detailed evaluation

• Led team to successfully implement full Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program at

major global tire companies in North America.

• Develop sales plan to sell 65,000 tons of zinc oxide production.

• Work closely with Credit and Accounts Receivable to resolve past due payable issues.

Monitor competition from both foreign markets and governmental agencies and

recommend changes in marketing and pricing strategies.

• Create contracts in detail to meet both buyer’s and seller’s needs.

• Work closely with purchasing, technical, and personnel in the field to provide necessary

assistance.

Accomplishments

• Managed a team of three in North America to execute regional business plans with

emphasis on securing/growing business, customer and financial targets.

• Manage 14 distributors. Responsible for establishing monthly pricing, working with

distributors on any sales issues and reviewing distributor performance yearly.

• Negotiate quarterly, semi-annual and yearly contracts ranging from $240,000 to $20

million dollars.

• Responsible for conducting yearly performance appraisals and budget preparation.

• Negotiated yearly contracts with top seven accounts for 2014 which will increase sales

revenue by $5 million dollars. These seven accounts make up approx. 60% of total sales.

• Increased sales revenue by $11 million dollars over 2013 budget.

• Worked with purchasing to eliminate wooden pallets and create a plastic pallet recycle

program with customers that resulted in a $250,000 savings in the first year.

• Expanded customer base, and re-established customer relationships.
