Process Manager/Business Artifacts Control Office

• Process writer to three agile sprint teams. Responsible to creating and maintaining all process

and procedure documentation for agile teams by working with Business System Analyst and

Quality Services testers.

• Horizontal Process Manager for the Strategy and Analysis division.

• Responsible for coordinating the alignment of 189 Capital One processes between three product

groups (Loan & Leasing, Payment Operations and Treasury Services). Coordination required

reviews of process artifacts with Process Engineers and Product Group Managers to ensure

processes meet the banking standards of Capital One and the Federal Government. Created

detailed process tracker to monitor all artifacts (756) within each process. Created weekly

power point decks to present findings and update status to Managers and Directors. Completed

project in three months.

• Responsible for coordinating the alignment of 631 process procedures. Created a procedure

tracker to ensure the artifacts and naming aligned between two databases. Coordinated

procedure reviews with Process Managers and Product Group Managers to review each

procedure for accurate alignment and documentation. Presented weekly updates to Managers

and Directors.

• Designed and published an intranet website for the Quality Improvement Circles (QIC) team.

Designed logo, created working links and FAQs for site. Maintained site calendar and

Operational Analyst/Supply Controller

• Supply Controller for six divisions at Capital One.

• Trained new Project Resource Managers to use the Clarity database regarding the Supply

reflection of the Clarity database (system of record) at all times.

• Monthly Data Quality Dashboard reviews with PRMs to track past, present and future

availability and allocation of resources. Compared Change Request and Capacity Orders with

new Demand and provide reporting for business decisions.
