. Correctly input and maintain items elements in warehouse management

system (WMS) and in the conveyor machine systems (ACS/FKI).

. Monitor and oversee the continuous inbound flow of product into the

conveyor machine (ACS/FKI) using the WMS log files and ACS/FKI system

tools.

. Cubitron all items and maintain active data related to the item file.

. Create new stacking patterns in the ACS/FKI system.

. Work on any opportunities that arise during the wave allocation run.

. Help to identify and correct all issues that may arise during the

outbound cycle.

. Tender the outbound loads from Transportation Management System (TMS)

to WMS, and identify issues that may rise during the tendering

process.

. Production planning and scheduling of warehouse task assignments and

daily departmental workload.

. Adjust weight and cube on outbound loads to maximize fleet

utilization.

. Real Time review of all planned load waves and their status.

. Release of work to the floor by load wave, inventory source or a

combination.

. Monitor the inbound/outbound processes to effectively use WMS.

. In conjunction with the Warehouse Management team, coordinate the most

effective WMS tasking work areas and task groups for the RDC

operation.

. Review and communicate slotting, receiving, depal, and tasking

opportunities with various shift supervisors.
