Navigation, and Surveillance Systems.

Led and directed a team during system installation, and integration phase of the Virginia class radio room

on several ships ahead of schedule and on or below budget.

Designed, constructed, and managed an on-site electronic repair facility.

Perform numerous functions in application and development of combat, weapons, communication, and

surveillance systems.

Supervise the design, implementation, testing, and software requirement analysis for sensor and weapon

support of the common submarine radio room.
