Oversee the management of the entire life-cycle of the Virginia Class Submarine C4ISR Communication,
Navigation, and Surveillance Systems.
Led and directed a team during system installation, and integration phase of the Virginia class radio room
on several ships ahead of schedule and on or below budget.
Designed, constructed, and managed an on-site electronic repair facility.
Perform numerous functions in application and development of combat, weapons, communication, and
surveillance systems.
